Requirements: 

• Conducting H&S training
• Determining the circumstances and causes of accidents at work
• Updating and preparing occupational risk assessments for new and existing jobs
• Participation in the development of ext. ordinances, regulations and general instructions regarding H&S
• Acceptance of production lines
• Participation in determining the causes and circumstances of accidents at work and occupational diseases and in developing appropriate applications, as well as monitoring the implementation of these applications
• Participation in developing and giving opinions on internal health and safety procedures and instructions
• Organizing and supervising work environment measurements
• Cooperation with external institutions in the field of occupational health and safety
• Initiating projects aimed at building a work safety culture

• HSE & sustainability regulations
• ISO standards including 14001 & 50001
• Environmental impact analysis
• Accident and incident analysis
• Energy Management
• ALV Product & process
• Facility management

Education

• Master’s degree in Energy management.
• Master’s degree in HSE and/or Sustainability
• Master’s degree in Engineering.

Previous Experience

• A motivational Specialist with the necessary interpersonal skills to manage effectively across the organization. Able to communicate, influence and manage stakeholders, superiors, and subordinates in a matrix organization.
• Autonomous and able to work on an environment with a distant manager.
• Proven experience in developing and encouraging others to think, behave and drive continuous improvement.
• Proven experience on HSE system management implementation.

Languages

• Fluent English
• Other language skills would be a plus
