        Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:

• Participate of RFQs on request from Project Quality Manager

• Actively participate in AS100 Divisional/Global Project CFT from TG0 to TG4

• Act as the voice of the plant into Divisional/Global AS100 Project CFT for Quality related subjects from TG0 to TG4

• Responsible to cascade customer project specific Quality requirements to the product, process and components

• Attends and actively participates in Design Reviews according to AS130, (DR1, DR2, DR3)

• Ensures alignment between D and PFMEA (AS104), control plan, CC/SC list (AS052) and drawings

• Responsible for pre-production Quality check of prototype control plan (AS117)

• Validate measurement methods for all special characteristics.

• Attends all divisional global project meetings, all global major milestones preparations and all TG recommendation reviews

• Responsible for customer APQP

• Supports Yokoten and Lessons Learned as any other team member

• Verifies 1P1P of calibration parts, go/no go gauges, master samples and ensure functional effectiveness globally

• Supports interface activities DAB/SW 

• Promote proactive tasks and activities to drive a Zero-Defect launch and support Launch Quality in the plants to ensure a seamless handoff to the Production Quality function during Phase 4 of the AS100 project.

• Experience AIAG Core tools (FMEA, MSA, PPAP, SPC)

• General knowledge of APQP

• Basic skills for understanding of technical drawing

• Master's in engineering

• IATF/ VDA knowledge

• Customer Specific Requirements skills

• At least 2 years of experience in Quality functions

• Desirable knowledge on Core and / or Applications Engineering

• At least 5 years of Automotive Industry experience.

• Leadership competencies 

• English – required to be fluent (verbal and written)
